How to Make Monkey Butter

Prepare the fruit – Peel and slice the bananas into thin rounds.

Combine ingredients – In a large saucepan, add bananas, pineapple with juice, sugar, coconut, and lemon juice. Stir to combine.

Cook the mixture – Place the pan over medium heat. Cook while stirring frequently until the mixture thickens and becomes glossy (about 15–20 minutes).

Optional flavor boost – Stir in cinnamon if desired.

Cool and store – Remove from heat and let the Monkey Butter cool slightly. Transfer to sterilized jars or airtight containers.
