Roll out ⅔ of the pastry dough and line the tart pan.
Spread the cooled custard evenly over the pastry shell.
Roll out the remaining dough and carefully place it over the custard.
Seal the edges gently.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is beautifully golden.
Allow the tart to cool completely before removing it from the pan.
