Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of dried hibiscus flowers
  • 250 ml of water
  • Lemon juice (optional)
  • Honey or sweetener (optional)

Preparation

  1. Bring the water to a boil
  2. Add the hibiscus and let it steep for 5–10 minutes
  3. Strain
  4. Add lemon to taste

👉 Great both hot and cold!

💡 Tips

  • Avoid if you have very low blood pressure
  • Don’t overdo it (1–2 cups per day are enough)
  • Perfect as a refreshing summer drink
