Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- ½ cup toasted coconut for topping
- Whipped cream, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the yellow cake mix according to package directions and bake in a 9×13-inch dish. Let cool completely.
