Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • ½ cup toasted coconut for topping
  • Whipped cream, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the yellow cake mix according to package directions and bake in a 9×13-inch dish. Let cool completely.
