Ingredients:
• Pork belly: 1 lb (450 g), cubed
• Soy sauce: ½ cup (120 ml)
• Vinegar: ⅓ cup (80 ml)
• Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
• Bay leaves: 2
• Peppercorns: 1 tsp (5 g)
• Water: 1 cup (240 ml)

Instructions:

1. Marinate pork belly in soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic for 30 minutes.
2. Transfer to a pot, add bay leaves, peppercorns, and water. Simmer for 1 hour until tender.
3. Reduce sauce for a rich glaze and serve with rice.
