Ingredients
3 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, halved grapes, celery, and red onion.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
