INGREDIENTS

1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
2 tbsp melted butter or oil
¼ tsp salt

1 lb (450 g) ground beef or chicken
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp tomato paste
½ cup tomato sauce (or salsa)
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
